On May 15, the African American Program of the Heinz History Center will host a virtual African American Genealogy Workshop focused on finding family in tragedy and trauma.
The in-depth workshop will include analysis of the Tulsa Massacre on May 31, 1921, when a white mob descended upon the Black community in Tulsa, Okla., destroying lives and the “Black Wall Street” business district.
This program will be presented via Zoom. Registration is $10 per person.
