Come enjoy some ice cream on a hot summer day with Arts Out Loud and help us raise a few dollars for our scholarship fund! We're providing the ice cream, the entertainment, and raffles! **Yes, Element is a bar, however, the upstairs is an event space and that's where we'll be! Themed adult beverages will be available downstairs in the bar.
