After 14 years Tangueros de Ley is back in Pittsburgh’s tango scene. The date this time will be at the cozy and warm James Simon’s art studio.
As the first and only Tango Band back then, Tangueros de Ley has performed in concerts, milongas and events, bringing the flavor of Buenos Aires, Argentina, to music lovers and dancers from 2003 to 2008.
With Julieta Ugartemendia in clarinet, Ernesto “Tito” Contenti in voice and accordion, Dan “Bocha” Rectenwald in guitar, Matt Gillespie in piano and Dan Morrison in double bass, the intense ambience of Buenos Aires nights is back in Pittsburgh
