Buca Di Boto
With Buca Di Beppo's Station Square location closing last month many Pittsburghers have raised an important question: what will become of the pope head in the glass case? In an Indiana Jones-esque quest I was able to obtain the pope head and I will have it on display, accompanied by classic Italian decor and free spaghetti before installing it at Roboto for permanent exhibition to the public. There will be a Polaroid photo opp as well.
