For one night only, One by Spork will be hosting a 10-course Casa Dragones dinner featuring their portfolio of exceptionally smooth, elegant, tequilas, paired with a unique tasting menu from Chef Christian Frangiadis that incorporates the spirit into sauces, marinades, and garnishes—melding the freshest local ingredients from the restaurants onsite garden with the vibrant flavors of Mexico. The tequilas will be served neat alongside zero-proof sidecars from Beverage Director Cecil Usher that echo each spirit’s nuanced profile, as well as pairings of Mexican wines to accompany select courses.
