The Chamber Orchestra of Pittsburgh (COP) opens its 10th Anniversary Season, with a program reflecting the defining qualities of the orchestra: diverse repertoire, a compelling soloist, and rarely heard masterpieces. On September 7, 2024 at Levy Hall of Rodef Shalom COP will perform a program that features Reza Vali’s “Calligraphy No. 19,” Osvaldo Golijov’s Three Songs for Soprano and Orchestra, and Tchaikovsky’s masterpiece Serenade for Strings. Chantal Braziel guest artist. Reception to follow.
