Just as we know professional wrestling is not 100 percent real fighting, reality TV requires its viewers suspend disbelief and pretend what they’re watching is genuine. That idea and others will be analyzed and scrutinized with the microcinema of Channel Silver Eye. The third event of this series will feature four independently made films that explore "representation and artifice in the mediated experience": Nathan Truesdell’s Balloonfest, Benjamin and Stefan Ramirez Perez’s Confluence, James N.
