Community Kitchen Pgh Oktoberfest Sausage "Make 'n Take" Workshop

Community Kitchen Pgh is joining New France Brewing Company and Abstract Realm Brewing Co for their weekend-long Oktoberfest celebration with some sausage-making (and beers)! Presented by CKPgh's Butchery team, this make and take workshop will teach you about the many different types of sausage and their production. The workshop will go through the process from start to finish -- from meat selection to consumption and discuss different ways to create flavorful sausages. After the workshop, you'll leave with your own beer stein and 3lbs of sausage to cook up.
