Hailing from Lafayette Indiana, the amorphous psycho jazz unit, Crazy Doberman drops heavy slabs of tunes that sound like “the Glenn Miller orchestra recorded a tape for Industrial Records and microwaved the masters”. Hard to pin down and forever tripping with new players/ live sessions all over the US. Performing at Spirit Hall on Thursday, July 5 with local improvisors Mixed Use (Tenenbaum, Levin-Decanini, Sapp) and the Trimm/McCune Duo performing on woodwinds and percussion.
