Embracing Our Differences: “Dear America: Notes of an Undocumented Citizen” by Jose Antonio Vargas

This Fall, we’re reading and discussing Dear America: Notes of an Undocumented Citizen by Jose Antonio Vargas. Writing with power and poetry, Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist Vargas considers the emotional and psychological toll of living undocumented in America, the struggles faced by immigrant individuals and families, and the mutable nature of our ideas of “home.” Copies are available for checkout at the Library’s circulation desk.
