FigFest!

A true celebration of traditional Italian culture. Food, wine, music and demonstrations teaching ancestral food and gardening practices. Olive curing, winemaking, cooking demos, Italian cards games and more. Our fig experts will be on hand to answer your fig growing questions. Tickets: $50 The event is designed to entertain, educate, and inspire the public regarding traditional cultural connections to the earth symbolized by love and reverence for the fig tree. FigFest! supports the ongoing mission of The Italian Garden Project including Italian American vegetable garden documentation, heirloom seed and fig tree preservation, and educational programs and website.
