"Five Stages of Grief" is a psychological and musical exploration of Elizabeth-Kübler-Ross and David Kessler's model of the natural process of grief. Each stage is a subjective interpretation by the composer using traditional and contemporary techniques, including Arnold Shöenberg's 12-tone row, giving a voice to the psyche through the classical guitar. These five classical guitar compositions will be accompanied by poetry readings at the premier! Tickets are on sale now at rossheastings.com/events.
