Join us for free Eastern Mindfulness Meditation classes every Sunday in August at Allegheny Commons Park West. Led by Charles Asavatesanon, a CACREP-trained intern and former ordained Buddhist monk, this beginner-friendly series offers a peaceful space to explore traditional sitting and walking meditation. Charles blends Thai Buddhist wisdom with a gentle, accessible approach open to all backgrounds. Classes include guided practice and reflections on mindfulness philosophy.
