Harold Lloyd's "Hot Water" with the PGH Silent Film Festival
When: Sun., Sept. 29, 2-4 p.m. 2024
One of Harold Lloyd's cleverest feature films, "Hot Water" (1924) has it all: Harold taking a live turkey home on a streetcar, the ongoing destruction of Harold's new car, a sleepwalking mother-in-law, and spiders crawling up pantlegs. It's pure silliness that will keep you laughing, plus live theatre organ accompaniment by Peter Krasinski!
BONUS: "A Trip to the Moon" (hand-stenciled color version from 1902) with live theatre organ.
One screening only! Entertainment for the whole family. Presented by the Pittsburgh Silent Film Festival and the Pittsburgh Area Theatre Organ Society.
