Healthy Living for Your Brain and Body

UPMC Senior Services, UPMC, and the Alzheimer’s Association are excited to collaborate on the Healthy Living for Your Brain and Body program. We know healthy living is important, but what does that exactly mean and what can we do today to impact our future? This program will discuss four areas of lifestyle habits: cognitive activity, physical health and exercise, diet and nutrition, and social engagement.
