“We all come from somewhere.” A photography exhibition highlighting five Pittsburgh photographers who explore what ties the American identity to immigration opens with a reception tonight at The Westmoreland Museum of American Art. Immigration-Emigration-Migration features work from noted local shooters Brian Cohen, Scott Goldsmith, Nate Guidry, Lynn Johnson and Annie O’Neill. The exhibition looks to open a conversation about how the American experience has been shaped by immigrants and what it means to belong in a society whose cultural thumbprint is ever-changing. -Lauren Ortego
