"Single-Use Planet" Screening + Q&A

The Lindsay Theater and Cultural Center is showing "Single-Use Planet" as part of the Sewickley nonprofit’s Third Annual Documentary Series. In "Single-Use Planet," director Steve Cowan attempts to uncover the political and economic factors that have resulted in plastic becoming a major aquatic pollutant. Phoebe Shackeroff Reese, director of programs for the Pittsburgh-based Breathe Project, will be on hand for an in-person Q&A following the 3:15 p.m. "Single-Use Planet" screening on Saturday, Aug. 30. Tickets to that and all "Single-Use Planet" showings can be purchased at The Lindsay or via the Theater's website for $11.
