The Steinway Society of Western Pennsylvania is proud to present pianist SANDRO RUSSO in a Sunday afternoon solo recital at Carnegie Mellon University. Sandro Russo has performed in such prestigious concert halls as Weill and Zankel halls at Carnegie Hall, Kilbourn Hall (Eastman Theater), the Concertgebouw in Amsterdam, Salle Cortot in Paris, Teatro Politeama in Palermo, Stoller Hall in Manchester (U.K.) and the Konzerthaus Berlin.
His program features works by J.S. Bach, Robert Schumann (Fantasy in C), Franz Liszt (three Transcendental Etudes), Ferruccio Busoni, and Pancho Vladigerov.
