Summer Cornhole Tournament

For the record, ESPN should not televise cornhole. It’s drunk people throwing bean bags at a slanted plank with a hole in it. There are dozens of actual sports (field hockey, softball, track and field) more deserving of the airtime. With that gripe out of the way, we admit cornhole is still a lot of fun. Spoonwood Brewing is hosting its Summer Cornhole Tournament so beer nerds can have fun, win some cash and contribute to charity. Teams of two will compete for a grand cash prize — half going the charity of the winners’ choice. Second place nets a year’s worth of free growler fills (one per month; don't be greedy). Come to compete and come to drink. Tournament spots are still open.
