Join us for a fun day of crafts, shopping, dining & fun while you explore the Penn Avenue Art & Commercial District. Penn Avenue has been under construction for the past year and coming together to support local business in a creative way. The public can explore the shops, eateries and as they go they also can make things, DIY and decorate a SHOP PENN AVE one of a kind tote bag (free for the first 200 people).
