Surf-rock comes to downtown

The Killifish are a modern surf-rock trio based in Pittsburgh. Formed in 2019 with a focus on creating original music with a high degree of interplay and improvisation, they quickly took their place among the surprisingly vital Pittsburgh surf scene, creating a regular “Surf Rock Summit” series showcasing local bands. They have released a handful of singles and videos despite the pandemic, and appeared live in the Dollar Bank Three Rivers Arts Festival in 2021. Their appearance at Greer Cabaret Theater marks their first live performance of 2022, and they'll be featuring brand new, original material as well as vintage surf-rock classics.
