The Chamber Orchestra of Pittsburgh Hosts Composer and Violinist Alyssa Wang

The Chamber Orchestra of Pittsburgh (COP) celebrates the remarkable talents of composer, violinist, and conductor Alyssa Wang. For this program, COP is commissioning an original work from Wang, a violin concerto titled Swept Away, and this program will feature its world premiere performance with Wang as soloist. COP will also present Jozef Haydn’s Symphony No. 44, his “Mourning” Symphony, and Sinfonietta No. 1 by Malcolm Arnold.
