Featuring: Kevin Lee Sun, piano In his Duquesne debut recital as piano faculty member, Kevin Lee Sun performs Frederic Rzewski's hour-long masterpiece for solo piano, The People United Will Never Be Defeated! (1975). A set of 36 variations on the eponymous Chilean chant for social change, Rzewski's work manifests a Cold War-era geopolitical turmoil that still resonates with us today.
