The Wild Stage: Cabaret for the Working Class

An evening of German Kabarett music with comedic and dramatic sketch. Join us for an authentic 1920's style Berlin cabaret experience in a real speakeasy. Songs by Hollaender, Spoliansky, and Weill tell the story of an era of political turbulence, sky-high inflation, and societal unrest. These songs will ring true for today's working audience in Pittsburgh. The Wild Stage enjoyed a sold-out premiere in Chicago this past February, and it was created by Pittsburgh native, Brady Collins. Songs in German and English. Dialogue in English.
