Tim Stevens/Leonard Johnson Project
Pittsburgh jazz fans may recognize the name Tim Stevens. Named “Pittsburgh Entertainer of the Year” in 1970, Stevens has played at numerous clubs and venues throughout the metropolitan area. He’s also released multiple albums, singles, and compositions, while being an active and outspoken advocate for Black rights and interests. Paired with pianist Leonard Johnson, Stevens will belt it out for the Tim Stevens/Leonard Johnson Project at Backstage Bar in Theater Square.
