What Not to Bring: A Simple Approach to Plein Air Painting

In this gallery talk, pastel artist Diane Grguras will offer ideas and advice on bringing the essentials for plein air painting. She will show her outdoor setup, and do a quick demonstration on how she starts a pastel painting. There will be plenty of time for questions during and after the talk. This talk and demonstration is one of several special events being held in conjuction with Pure Pigment, an exhibition presented by the Pittsburgh Pastel Artists League.
