Writing the Tough Stuff

APPLY BY JANUARY 15TH to join Creative Nonfiction Foundation's free eight-week writing workshop for Allegheny County students in grades 9-12 who are interested in writing true stories about difficult topics. This intensive free online writing workshop is an opportunity for students to write about subjects and challenges such as social isolation, anxiety, uncertainty, sexuality, gender identity, peer and family relationships, bullying, mental illness, racism, etc. Meetings are scheduled to run from 6 PM until 8 PM on eight Thursdays: Feb 4, 11, 18, 25, Mar 4, 11, 18, and 25.
